Ba-Con 2010 sign-up

Here is where you sign up for Ba-Con 2010! The page consists of three parts:

1. Your basic information - from us to you and from you to us.
2. Information about meals / services you'd like to purchase while at the Roleplaying Conference. We're aiming for high quality foods, and to break the standards :-)
3. Prioritize which scenarios you would like to play.

Note that the entrance fee for the conference includes a Ba-Con 2010 T-shirt in the size you wish. If you choose to volunteer as a GM for any game needing GMs, (those marked WITHOUT stars ('*') in the sign up form below) you will be rewarded with special Master Treats for every session you choose to master. More details for those who choose to sign up as Masters.

Age restriction

Due to language requirements on Ba-Con 2010, the participants must be 15 years or older.

Payment and change conditions for your attendance at Ba-Con 2010

We want to give you optimal conditions for changing your mind before Ba-Con 2010. We offer you the option of changing your priorities until Great GM Day, March 4th (March Fo(u)rth). Your choices may affect the price of your attendance, so after March 4th, you will receive payment instructions and amount.

You CAN change your choices after March 4th, but we will not be able to provide any guarantees. We will, of course, do our best to accomodate your wishes.

Cancellation

You can cancel your attendance at Ba-Con 2010 before May 1st 2010, however; if you cancel on May 1st 2010 or after this date, we will not be able to refund your attendance fee. Before May 1st, we will refund your full fee to you. If you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Ba-Con team at booking2010 (a) ba-con.dk so we may also arrange refunding with you directly.

When you're done with your choices below, you can press the button at the bottom, to be signed up for the conference. In case you make a mistake or change your mind you can go back and edit. Each time you edit this page you will receive an email with your updated choices.

Conference Rules

1. No usage of alcohol or drugs are permitted on school property. If drugs or alcohol are discovered, these will be removed and owners will be expelled from Ba-Con. No refunds of con fees are given to expelled participants.
2. No attendants of Ba-Con can be under influence of drugs or alcohol. If such are found, the influenced attendants will be expelled from Ba-Con. No refunds of con fees are given to expelled participants.
3. Smoking is not allowed on school property and real estate. The boundary for where smoking is allowed will be marked and trash cans / large trays will be available for smokers where smoking is allowed.
4. We expect Ba-Con participants to help take care of rooms and equipment and to contact Ba-Con personnel immediately if an accident to people, rooms or equipment should occur.
